In the continuous commitment to holistic healing, the Life Health Center, Inc. (LHC), will present the local grassroots organization, The Village Tree, with a financial donation. The Village Tree seeks to educate, empower, and serve the urban community by creating a green space to produce and distribute fresh organic produce among the many enrichment projects. The program's vision is to create multiple learning spaces within the urban environment while teaching the community how to preserve both the environment and the community. Through the community garden, they support individuals and families seeking a healthier and sustainable lifestyle by promoting urban gardening in a food-insecure culture.
